Bella Vista Water District is a Special District that is governed by a five member Board of Directors. The Directors are elected to four year staggered terms. In addition to serving on the Board, Directors also serve on various standing and ad hoc committees that presently includes an Engineering and Planning Committee; Finance and Personnel Committee; and Policy and Legislation Committee. Regular Board meetings are held monthly, on the fourth monday of the month at 5:30 p.m., unless otherwise rescheduled. All Regular Board meetings and other public meetings are noticed at least 72 hours in advance in accordance with the Brown Act.
